When nasal congestion makes it harder to focus during the day, stay active, or rest comfortably at night, Equate No Drip 12 Hour Nasal Decongestant Spray provides fast, powerful relief where it is needed. Oxymetazoline HCl 0.05% reduces swollen nasal membranes to relieve a stuffy nose, sinus congestion, and pressure caused by the common cold, hay fever, or upper respiratory allergies for up to 12 hours. The maximum strength, non-drowsy pump mist won’t drip down your nose or throat, offering a more comfortable spray experience when congested nasal passages make breathing difficult. The gluten-free and steroid-free formula is for adults and children 6 years and older when used as directed. Do not use for more than 3 days because frequent or prolonged use may cause congestion to return or worsen. Read the Drug Facts and follow all directions and warnings.
